The sooner you order, the better! While we did our best to give you good deadline dates, you never know what can happend. Delays can always happend for hundreds of reasons. If you can place your order now, do it. Don't wait until the last day. Plus, you'll save on shipping.

Packing Slips
We include a packing slip inside every package we ship. The information you'll see on those packing slips is: Order ID, order date, shipping address, shipping method and the list of items in the order (without their value). For Canadian and US orders with a subtotal of under $200
There is no commercial invoice on the package. If the order is a gift, there is nothing to worry about.

For US orders with a subtotal equal or over $200 or for anywhere else in the world
There will be a commercial invoice on the package. There is no way around this. The commercial invoice will have the complete billing and shipping address, along with a description of the content of the package and it's value. If you're ordering a gift and your order fall into this category, you might want to get it shipped elsewhere if needed (like a neighbour's house or your work location).

Any products purchased at ZeStuff from November 15, 2007 until December 31, 2007 will be eligible for return until Jan 31, 2008 (subject to our normal return policy conditions). Of course, products in clearance purchased between those dates are not eligible for return or exchange.
