What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. We also accept
Money Orders and Personal checks for our Canadian and American customers. Please note that all prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars.
Is your website secure?Personal checks may (and are very likely to) be held for 2 weeks on reception. If you can't pay online and don't want to wait this long, consider using a money order (Best choices: Canada Post in Canada and United States Postal Service in the US).
YES! All important communication between your web browser and our
servers is done via 128-bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Also, no
credit card numbers are stored in our databases. We only store the first and
last 4 digits in case we need to verify the card that was used.

What is your return policy?- the product is currently available in our inventory and will likely ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Out of Stock - the product is not available in our inventory and that we're waiting for more of it from our suppliers. This might take from 1 to 3 weeks. As soon as we receive more, you'll be able to order it. Gone for good - the product is no longer available at ZeStuff. Once it's gone, it's gone.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can cancel any order that is not marked as "Shipped". Once it's shipped,
it's too late.
What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5pm EST (GMT -0500).
All emails are answered within 24 hours. If you call us and nobody is around, please
leave a CLEAR and BRIEF voicemail with your name, phone number and order number
(if applicable) and we'll call you within a few hours.
Why do I need an account to place an order on your site?
Your account will allow you to view your order history, showing previous
orders you have placed using your account as well as order status so you can see
if your order has shipped. If applicable, you will be able to get your tracking
number for your orders.
Will you give or sell my account information to other companies?

What means the status on my order? Is my order shipped yet?
Incomplete
Where do you ship?- The order was started but never completed. Payment Pending - The order is awaiting payment. Processing - The order was received and paid. It's awaiting shipping. Shipped - Order has left our warehouse and is on it's way to you.
Currently, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Venezuela, United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not in this list, please send us an email. We'll see if we can add it.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?Please note that if you live outside of Canada, you may be charged import/brokerage/handling fees or taxes to receive your order. These fees are not collected or controlled by ZeStuff. We have no way to know if you will be charged, and if so, how much. How much does shipping cost? How long does shipping take?Orders going anywhere else: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO box. Note that we have no control over this and you will be liable if the package is returned to us.
Shipping cost depends on the shipping method selected, the country you are
shipping to, the number of items in your cart and their weight (small shirts
will obvioustly cost less to ship than XXX-Large shirts). You can use the "estimate shipping price" feature of our cart page to see how much it would cost to send the content of your cart to you and how long it would take.
How often do you ship?
Orders leave our warehouse every business day or two between noon and 1PM.
Will I be charged any tax on my order?
Residents of Canada WILL be charged Tax on their orders. The amount of tax
you are charged is based on the province of the shipping address of your order:

We make our shirts in the colors we think people will want and buy. If you
think of a color you would like and would buy,

What about bigger sizes (XXX-Large and bigger)?
Most of our shirts (like the black ones) go up to XXX-Large. We try to keep
those in stock as much as we can but they are hard to come by. It is, however,
impossible for some colors (like Royal Blue). Same thing goes with shirts bigger
than XXX-Large.
