Q: I placed an order during the clearance sale, how will I know if it shipped?
A: You will receive an email as soon as it ships out with full tracking information (if applicable). If you don't get this email or if you want to get an updated status on your order, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Q: Is your offline store still open?
A: Unfortunately, the offline store is now closed. We will have a new address where it will be possible to arrange pickups. More information will be provided as soon as we reopen.

A: ZeStuff will reopen for business with a new focus and a smaller inventory by November 24th. Additionally, we still have a lot of tabletop inventory that we need to clear out since we'll no longer be selling this kind of merchandise in the future.
