Is your website secure
YES!
All important communication between your web browser and our servers is done via 128-bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Also, no credit card numbers are stored in our databases. We only store the first and last 4 digits in case we need to verify the card that was used.
Please note that all credit card transactions go though various fraud verification procedures to ensure your safety.

What does the Availability status means
In Stock
- the product is currently available in our inventory and will likely ship within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays).
Out of Stock
- the product is not available in our inventory and that we're waiting for more of it from our suppliers. This might take from 1 to 3 weeks. As soon as we receive more, you'll be able to order it.
Clearance
- the product is in clearance and once our inventory is depleted, it's gone.

What is your return policy
First, send us an email or give us a quick call within 30 days of the order's reception date to notify us that you are returning the product. We'll ask you to ship back the item(s) back to us. When your return is received we'll either ship you a replacement product free of charge or issue a refund to your credit card, depending on what you want us to do. Any item returned must be returned with it's original packaging (including instructions, warranty guides, stickers or anything that came with it, if applicable) and must be in "as-new" condition.
Packages returned as "undeliverable":
It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid address that the carrier (or Post Office) can deliver to. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" will be refunded for the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Unclaimed packages:
It is also your responsibility to respond to any notices left by the carrier (or Post Office). We email a notice when the package is shipped so that you have the delivery confirmation or tracking information. If packages are not claimed and are returned to us, the same policy applies to items returned as undeliverable (see above).

What is your cancellation policy
We can cancel any order that is not marked as "Processing by warehouse" or "Shipped".

What are your business hours
Our normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5pm EST (GMT -0500). All emails are answered within 24 hours. If you call us and nobody is around, please leave a CLEAR and BRIEF voicemail with your name, phone number and order number (if applicable) and we'll call you within a few hours.

Why do I need an account to place an order on your site
Your account will allow you to view your order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your account as well as order status so you can see if your order has shipped. If applicable, you will be able to get your tracking number for your orders.

What means the status on my order Is my order shipped yet
Payment Pending
- The order is awaiting payment.
Processing
- The order was received and paid. It's awaiting shipping.
Processing by warehouse
- The order is currently being packaged or is awaiting to be picked up by the carrier.
Shipped
- Order has left our warehouse and is on it's way to you.

Currently, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Venezuela, United Kingdom and the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO box. Note that we have no control over this and you will be liable if the package is returned to us.

How much does shipping cost How long does shipping take
Shipping cost depends on the shipping method selected, the country you are shipping to, the number of items in your cart and their weight (small shirts will obvioustly cost less to ship than XXX-Large shirts). You can use the "estimate shipping price" feature of our cart page to see how much it would cost to send the content of your cart to you and how long it would take.

How often do you ship
Orders leave our warehouse daily. Usually, orders placed before noon will leave the same day.

Will I be charged any tax on my order
Residents of Canada WILL be charged Tax on their orders. The amount of tax you are charged is based on the province of the shipping address of your order:
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon: GST (5%)
Quebec: GST/TPS (5%) + PST/TVQ (7.5%)
New Brunswick, Newfoundland+Labrador, Nova Scotia: HST (13%)

What about bigger sizes (XXX-Large and bigger)
Most of our shirts (like the black ones) go up to XXX-Large. We try to keep those in stock as much as we can but they are hard to come by. It is, however, impossible for some colors (like Royal Blue). Same thing goes with shirts bigger than XXX-Large.
